Tips for succesful assignment submission

It is your responsibility to ensure that your assignment is successfully submitted.

You will be notified via email by FLO that you have submitted your assignment. Technical problems at your end (such as computer failure or an internet connection problem) are your responsibility to manage. Obviously, if there is a technical problem at our end (such as with FLO) you will not be responsible for that.

In the rare event that FLO is not functioning when you try to submit your assignment, try again a little later. This is usually successful. You can also contact the FLO Student Help Desk for advice. Do not contact the School or Faculty Office, your topic coordinator or tutor about FLO problems: this is not their role. If FLO is unavailable at any time, the School will be advised, and you will not be penalised for late submission for the duration of the downtime.

Please use the checklist below to ensure that you are organised and avoid any last-minute dramas with assignment submission.
