If you are a Commonwealth supported student, who is studying Semester 1 topics, you will have received your Commonwealth Assistance Notice last week. A system error may have caused a duplicate email to be sent. Please disregard the second email.
A Commonwealth Assistance Notice (CAN) is a statement of your enrolment, a record of the Commonwealth assistance you have accessed as part of your studies and shows what has been deferred via a HELP program for future payment through the Australian Taxation Office. It is not an invoice.
Please check your CAN, which can be viewed via the ‘My Commonwealth assistance’ tab in the Student System to ensure it is correct. If there are any errors, please submit an online support request via Ask Flinders within 21 days of the date on your CAN or contact Flinders Connect if you have any questions.
