Description
The Enterprise Workshop 2.0 will deliver experiential education and professional development workshops on entrepreneurship, innovation, business planning, leadership and teamwork. In this accelerated program, participants will learn how to find the edge that makes them extraordinary.
Participants will join the ranks of over 1200 extraordinary local alumni who are passionate about innovation and entrepreneurship, have generated more than $1.5 billon in revenue and established over 900 new companies as a result of this once in a lifetime learning experience.
During the course of the workshop, participants will learn:
- Fundamentals of Business Planning
- Developing Your Teamwork / Market Research
- Developing High Performing Teams / Finding the Business Opportunity
- Leadership Styles / Developing a Marketing Plan
- Legal Frameworks / Cashflow / Strategy
- Cashflow and Financial Planning
- The Deal and the Pitch Workshop
