Take some time out of your regular day to practice developing a mindful approach to life. Mindfulness can be an effective way to deal with stress and improve your general well- being. It also has the potential to increase your capacity to manage your studies. In the session you will learn about the principles of mindfulness and do simple exercises that you can then put into practice.
The sessions will be held in Room 121 in the Humanities building on Wednesdays from 12- 12:50pm commencing October 8 and finishing November 13.
