Communication Expectations

We're here to help you! But we are only human. Your teaching team will endeavour to return communication to you within one week (business days). There are several avenues for you to communicate with us. By understanding these you can help us to communicate with you effectively and within this timeline. The list below details a range of ways to contact us and what for:

  • Assignment extensions - you should submit these in the Assignment Extension Request tool in the Assessment block below. These should reasonably be actioned within 96 hours.  Any extension request not submitted by this tool may be missed – so please ensure you use the extension tool below. 
  • Questions about the topic content, assignments and workshops that you believe may reasonably benefit your colleagues to know about – these should be addressed to the Q&A forum below. The teaching team, or indeed fellow students, will get back to these questions within 96 hours.
  • Personal/private queries can be directed straight to your tutor or the topic coordinator. These should be sent by email first, if not raised in a 'class' environment. The teaching team is frequently active on email so at a maximum we expect to respond to you within 24 hours during normal business hours. 


Should you experience any communication issues during the topic, please try sending your tutor an email message. If you still have no response / or this issue is urgent please contact the topic coordinator directly via email.
