Scam emails designed to
steal your FAN account credentials are currently circulating. The
subject heading for these emails vary and in most cases
use previous broadcast email subject lines.
All contain the content ‘Unable to
display this message’ with a link to a fake Flinders login page.
If you have clicked the link and entered your FAN and password we highly recommend changing your password immediately. Vigilance is important when following links in emails. Any emails instructing you to login with your FAN account credentials should be treated as highly suspicious.
We have taken action to block the emails, delete many that were delivered and monitor FAN accounts for suspicious activities.
